We build the room. Then we wire it.
Man Power Innovations is a commercial construction company that now installs structured cabling. Build-outs, remodels and data center infrastructure, all from one accountable crew.
Most cabling crews show up after the walls close. We put the walls up. Now we wire them too.
We started on the construction side: build-outs and remodels for commercial spaces. Structured cabling is our new line of work, so the people who frame the room are the people who bring it online.
- 2Trades, carried by one crew under one contract.
- 1Point of contact from demo day to turnover.
- 0Hand-offs between the walls and the wire.

Structured cabling
Horizontal and backbone copper, pulled, dressed, terminated and labeled to spec.
- 02

Fiber & backbone
Single-mode and multimode trunks, high-density panels, splicing and OTDR-tested links.
- 03

Containment & pathways
Ladder rack, basket tray, J-hooks and aisle containment that keeps air and cable where they belong.
- 04

Rack & stack
Cabinet set, server and GPU node install, power and data patching, ready for commissioning.

Build-outs & remodels
Where we started. Commercial interiors framed, finished and handed over on schedule.
Close the hand-off gap
On most jobs the builder leaves and the cabling sub shows up weeks later, after the walls are closed and the schedule has slipped. We run tray and pathways while the walls are still open, then pull cable with the same crew that hung the drywall.

Questions we get
What does Man Power Innovations do?
Man Power Innovations is a commercial construction company that also installs structured cabling. We handle build-outs, tenant improvements and remodels, and in data centers and server rooms we install copper and fiber cabling, cable tray, aisle containment and racks. One crew carries both trades from demo to turnover.
Why hire one contractor for construction and structured cabling?
One crew removes the hand-off between the builder and the cabling subcontractor. We install tray, sleeves and backboards while the walls are still open, then pull and terminate cable with the same team. You get one schedule, one point of contact and one punch list instead of two.
Do you work as a subcontractor for data center integrators?
Yes. Much of our data center work runs through integrators and general contractors. We follow your method of procedure, labeling scheme, safety program and QA process, and we staff crews to hit the deployment date.
What do we receive at project turnover?
Every cabling job closes out with certification reports for each copper and fiber link, cables labeled at both ends, rack elevations, redlined as-built drawings and photo documentation of the finished work.
